Come join us Saturday, October 11 at the Scottish Rite Center on a beautiful fall day for our very-first East Sac Chamber Rib Cook-Off! We'll have 15+ teams making ribs and other food with beer and wine served, along with live music performed by local band, Noize, during the event.
Save $5 per ticket with early bird tickets available for $45 until the day of the event.
The Scottish Rite Masonic Center is a beautiful facility on nine acres. This premier venue is located opposite the Sacramento State Campus in one of Sacramento’s most beautiful and prestigious areas.

Cook-Off Competition
Rib Cook-Off Participant: $100 - Includes ribs for a team of up to three people, and two additional entry tickets.
Each team may have up to three members. For our participants, we are asking you to cook six racks (which we will provide). Please bring other sides to share.
Gates open at 6 AM. Ribs will be distributed by 7 AM. Judging will close at 3 PM with winners announced around 3:30 PM.
Winning team will be awarded the East Sacramento Rib Cookoff People's Choice Award and $500!

Pop-Up Vendor Stand: $500 - Set up your business's pop-up tent and advertise your services at the Cook-Off! All types of businesses are welcome, whether you have a product to sell at the Cook-Off or just want to spread awareness about your company and the services it provides. Includes:
- Pop-Up space to advertise your business
- 4 entry tickets
- Waiver of the $100 fee to participate in the cook off, if desired
Volunteer
Interested in volunteering at this year's event?
All volunteers will receive FREE ENTRY to the event, which includes rib samples! Beer/Wine Server, Cashier, and Event Setup and Breakdown positions are available. Morning shifts take place 9 AM-1 PM and afternoon shifts are 12:30-5 PM.
We will have water available for volunteers during their shift, but volunteers will be responsible for purchasing their own non-water beverages during the event. If you are volunteering for the second shift you will be able to enter the event at noon!
