Savor East Sac is a 10-day celebration of East Sacramento’s culinary and beverage scene, designed to highlight local restaurants, coffee shops, bars, tap houses, and wine bars during a slower time of year. The event encourages residents and visitors to explore new spots, support neighborhood favorites, and take advantage of exclusive specials.

Savor East Sac Chef's Challenge

Join us for an elevated culinary competition as five of East Sacramento’s top chefs battle it out for the title of Top Chef of East Sac.
Last year five local, award-winning chefs representing some of East Sacramento’s best restaurants, battled it out with Chef Rafi Salmeron of Cerveceria at the Shack taking home East Sacramento's highest culinary award.
2026's participating chefs and restaurants will be announced soon. In the meantime, save the date for Friday, July 24, 2026!
